Rooted in community, many of our fishermen spend the entirety of their fishing season living and working on the water in beautiful Southeast Alaska. They catch troll-caught salmon, as well as longline-caught halibut and sablefish, immediately ice their catch, and deliver it directly to our dockside processing facility at the end of each fishing trip. Our team of artisan processors have an unparalleled dedication to respect and quality when processing each fish that comes through our doors. Each fish is carefully filleted, portioned, and cleaned prior to being hand vacuum-packed and blast frozen.
We work to keep our plant impeccably clean, efficient, and, importantly, fun to work in. Our processing plant employees are true masters of their craft, and take great pride in continuing the individual attention the fish receive when caught by hook and line.
