
- Any species Catch Sitka Seafoods fish, rubbed with olive oil and sea salt & pepper, then grilled, boiled, baked or sautéed (See: Catch Sitka Seafoods Time & Temperature Cooking Guide).
- 1 C Fresh Parsley (or herb of choice).
- Juice of one lemon
- 2-6 cloves of garlic, minced, we love lots of garlic at our house so we used 10!
- 1/4 C quality extra-virgin olive oil, we use Olivelli.
- Sea Salt pepper to taste.
- Heat extra-virgin olive oil over medium heat in a heavy bottomed pan, we prefer stainless steel, just until fragrant.
- Add garlic and sauté a minute or two, again just until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and add herb(s), lemon juice, and sea salt & pepper to taste.
- Top fish with herb mixture.
- Serving Suggestions: Rice, pasta, steamed or grilled veggies as a delicious side!
