Fish with Lemon, Garlic, & Parsley Gremolata
Talk about FRESH! From the wild-caught fish and freshly squeezed lemon, to the aromatic parsley and, the key to the symphony, garlic--this meal will have your mouth watering at every chop!

Ingredients:
  • Any species Catch Sitka Seafoods fish, rubbed with olive oil and sea salt & pepper, then grilled, boiled, baked or sautéed (See: Catch Sitka Seafoods Time & Temperature Cooking Guide).
  • 1 C Fresh Parsley (or herb of choice).
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2-6 cloves of garlic, minced, we love lots of garlic at our house so we used 10!
  • 1/4 C quality extra-virgin olive oil, we use Olivelli.
  • Sea Salt pepper to taste.
Directions:
  1. Heat extra-virgin olive oil over medium heat in a heavy bottomed pan, we prefer stainless steel, just until fragrant.
  2. Add garlic and sauté a minute or two, again just until fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat and add herb(s), lemon juice, and sea salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Top fish with herb mixture.
  5. Serving Suggestions: Rice, pasta, steamed or grilled veggies as a delicious side!
