- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt (to taste)
- 1/2 lb smoked sablefish/black cod
Toast the bagels. While they are toasting, mix together cream cheese, minced garlic, Parmesan, and spices. When the bagels are toasted, spread cream cheese and top off with Catch Sitka smoked sablefish. Enjoy!
