Quick and Easy Black Cod Bagels Recipe
This black cod recipe is perfect for both lazy weekend mornings and quick weekday mornings when you're running out the door. Most of the cooking in this recipe is done for you by using our applewood smoked black cod. Just add your favorite spread and bagel and breakfast is served.
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt (to taste)
- 1/2 lb smoked sablefish/black cod
Toast the bagels. While they are toasting, mix together cream cheese, minced garlic, Parmesan, and spices. When the bagels are toasted, spread cream cheese and top off with our savory Applewood Smoked Black Cod. Enjoy!
