Simple smoked salmon charcuterie platter


  • One package Catch Sitka smoked salmon
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 baguette, sliced & toasted
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 3/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Pepper to taste


Slice & toast bread. Slice lemons & cucumbers. Mix together sour cream & onion, lemon juice, horseradish, dill weed, garlic salt, & pepper. Serve warm toast with Catch Sitka Smoked salmon, sauce, and sliced veggies. Enjoy!
