We are committed to our community: There are many challenges associated with living and operating a business in rural Alaska. We commit to hiring local, and adding value to our seafoods right here in Sitka. We would never ship our seafood overseas to be processed in part because we want to keep more money circulating in the hands of Alaskans. We don’t cut corners to save a dime, we love our little coastal community and use our operation to support our neighbors and stimulate our local economy as much as we can.

Our fish are caught by trusted fishermen in Southeast Alaskan waters, our artisan processors prepare and package portions in our family-owned processing plant, we package each curated box by hand before shipping to our customers.
