Sake Simmered Black Cod

Sake Simmered Black Cod:

Black cod, otherwise known as sablefish, or as we like to call it at our house, butter fish, literally melts in your mouth. Although I have a hard time choosing a favorite fish, black cod is definitely in the running. It is so unbelievably moist and tender and is practically impossible to overcook.

Our Instagram Alaskan Whitefish Harvest box winner, Isis @ChewOnThisTV (you can also find her on YouTube) came up with this crave-able, fin'tastic recipe using our beautiful black cod fillets. We think you'll love it so much it will be a regular guest at your dinner table. Try it tonight and let us know what you think!

  • 1 Tbs minced ginger
